Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
  • Strong eye for layout, composition, and aesthetics
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use utmost discretion when privy to sensitive information
  • Self-directed and able to work independently, while also flourishing in a fast-paced collaborative team environment
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Proven track record of balancing multiple projects simultaneously
  • High level of focus on KPIs and understanding the goals, tracking, and hitting of KPIs
  • Strong sense of creativity and organization
  • Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company's success
