Job Title: Principle Network Software Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Principle Network Software Architect to join our team at Entegee. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust network software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop network software solutions that meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Manage projects and interface effectively with external contractors.
  • Utilize Jira for managing software development tasks.
  • Apply systems engineering methods to ensure high-performance and reliable interfaces.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree + 10 years industry experience in computer science, software engineering, aerospace engineering or similar technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience with project management and interfacing with external contractors.
  • Thorough understanding of network software.
  • Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience using Jira for software development management.
  • Experience with systems engineering methods including systems trades, requirements management, performance characterization, and interface management.
  • Ability to obtain SECRET clearance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SDA NEBULA architectures.
  • Experience with Cyber Security controls.
  • Experience with encryption.
  • Experience leading a team utilizing agile methodologies.
  • Project management qualifications such as PMP, APMP, etc.
  • Experience with Docker.
  • Experience with Kubernetes.
  • Experience with DevSecOps.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $50.00 to $80.00 per hour.
