Key Responsibilities:
- Direct large-scale cross-functional program teams comprising senior subject matter experts and developers.
- Guide teams in defining use cases and requirements, crafting solutions, and overseeing development, testing, training, and implementation to ensure seamless operational transitions.
- Facilitate engagement with project teams and sponsors, deliver project updates, and maintain project tracking.
- Lead and communicate at all organizational levels, typically interacting with subject matter experts, senior strategy and operations managers, and directors.
- Identify necessary project resources, including supply chain experts and program management personnel.
- Establish and manage project timelines, resources, and scope.
- Deliver relevant project communications, artifacts, and deliverables.
- Advise senior management to influence decisions, develop strategies, and align organizational objectives to meet stakeholder needs.
- In-depth understanding and experience in supply chain and procurement processes; familiarity with planning and finance operations is advantageous.
- Proficient knowledge of supply chain systems and architecture, including ERP systems, business intelligence, strategic sourcing, and product costing.
- Experience with solutions that facilitate procurement fulfillment processes, data management, and product costing.
- Proven track record in leading and executing large-scale business processes, software development, business intelligence, or data modeling projects.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead and collaborate with extensive cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and project execution.
- Strong knowledge and successful delivery of solutions through structured project methodologies.
- Effective communication skills across various levels, from individual contributors to senior executives.
- Experience in business process analysis, definition, and design.
- Extensive proficiency in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, data management applications, project management tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent team collaboration, project management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- A first-level university degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Typically, over 10 years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement, or finance.
- Preferred experience includes leading, designing, and implementing large-scale, global supply chain initiatives across various business units and functions.
