We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Program Manager to lead our renewable energy transition efforts and ensure exceptional reliability for the future. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the LRTP Tranche 1 program of transmission lines and substation projects throughout their full lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full program lifecycle to meet in-service dates, drive continuous improvement, and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Establish and manage effective communication channels with program team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Develop and leverage forecasting, scheduling, and project tracking tools to manage performance and communicate milestones to the project teams.
  • Identify and manage program risks and serve as a point of escalation for program-related issues.
  • Implement corrective action solutions and manage external contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Eight to ten years of experience managing transmission projects.
  • Strong project leadership skills, with a focus on safety and ability to navigate project teams through ambiguity and changing priorities.
