Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team as a Sales Growth Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth.

This role requires a strong understanding of the core customer base and product offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the order and delivery process. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with vendors and customers, conducting regular in-person visits, and identifying new business opportunities through collaboration with management.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a relevant industry, with a strong technical knowledge of the water and/or wastewater sectors. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $57,000 per year, plus a commission that can yield a total compensation ranging from $125,000.00 - $200,000.00+ annually.
