Growth Acquisition UX Designer Role Overview

This high-impact, high-visibility role requires expertise in designing, testing, and optimizing the end-to-end user journey—from landing pages through sign-ups to conversion. You'll collaborate closely with growth marketing, product, and engineering teams to build high-converting acquisition flows that take our user experience design to the next phase of growth.

  • Oversight of User Journeys: Design and refine user acquisition experiences (e.g., landing pages, sign-up flows, checkout processes) to improve conversion rates across digital platforms.
  • Friction vs. Ease Analysis: Continuously analyze where to add or remove friction in the user flow to achieve the optimal balance that maximizes both user intent and action.
  • Performance Focused Design: Create conversion-optimized experiences using A/B testing and multivariate testing to continually improve design performance metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Growth, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of creative solutions that align with the overall acquisition strategy.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions, with a focus on increasing conversion, minimizing churn, and improving overall user engagement.
  • User Behavior Insights: Leverage analytics tools to understand user behaviors and identify opportunities for improving acquisition flows, reducing bounce rates, and increasing lifetime value.
  • Iterative Design Approach: Rapidly prototype and test design hypotheses to identify high-impact solutions that enhance acquisition efficiency and user satisfaction.
