At Capital One, we are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our Developer Experience (DevX) team. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering world-class developer experiences that empower our internal technologists to do their best work.
The DevX Design team is dedicated to understanding and improving the day-to-day workflows of our technologists. You will work alongside cross-functional partners in product and engineering to conduct user research, concept and test solutions, and ship next-gen tooling that will be used across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:- Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs, then translate them into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
- Participate in translating complex ideas into understandable concepts that evolve and enhance the product experience.
- Advocate for the customer through human-centered design methods, including discovery, research, whiteboarding sessions, and user testing.
- Champion prioritization of design-centered product enhancements grounded in research and analysis.
- Connect with design community peers by learning, sharing, and teaching.
- Work with partners and teams across various geographies.
Salary: $134,100 - $153,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Requirements:- At least 4 years of experience with User Experience design.
- Familiarity with design tools, such as Sketch and/or Figma.
- Comfortable working with Product and Tech partners.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools.
