Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cosmetologist to join our team as a Lash Stylist. The ideal candidate will have a current PA state licensed cosmetology or esthetician license, a passion for learning and growth, and a strong client service mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and become certified in The Lash Lounge Method of Lashing
  • Provide superior customer service experience
  • Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after-care products
  • Understand and promote products and memberships
  • Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
  • Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
Requirements
  • Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license in Pennsylvania
  • Customer service focused; building relationships with clients
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic
  • Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
  • Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
