Guest Services Representative

Overview:

Helio Health is dedicated to providing comprehensive treatment and promoting recovery from substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. As a Guest Services Representative, you will work in a Full-Time capacity at Helio Health's Elements, Liverpool location.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, all Full-Time Guest Services Representatives are eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $1,500.

Pay Rate: $16.34 - $18.15 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in orientating patients, manage ongoing needs throughout the patient's stay in the program, and prepare and maintain the facility for use and cleanliness.
  • Support the admission process, including orientating patients to the facility, responding to patient inquiries and requests, and resolving issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of program expectations and schedules, and assist patients in managing these activities.
  • Assist with crisis intervention activities, as requested.
  • Ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and safe manner at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate/Equivalency
  • Entry-level knowledge of biopsychosocial process of addiction/recovery and self-help group process
  • Ability to relate effectively with staff, patients, and the professional community
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Sound judgment and cultural competency
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications
  • Valid NYS Driver's license required

Salary and hourly compensation offers are based on candidate's education level and experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager and program.
