About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Administration Manager to join our team at Breg, Inc. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in contract administration, sales operations, and finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage activities related to contract preparation, review, implementation, and reporting for Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) agreements, sales contracts, and request for proposal (RFPs), including Government contracts.
  • Oversee Breg's Sales Contract Administration, Sales Tracings, and Rebates processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including National Accounts, Customer Care, Sales, and Legal departments, as well as external stakeholders such as group purchasing administrators, government personnel, consultants, and business partners.
  • Support National Account Managers and Business Solutions Managers with Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposal (RFPs), and contract administration.
  • Develop and implement analytical tools for Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) administrative fees to analyze end customers, identify anomalies, manage membership, and increase overall accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the Contract Administration team, Field Sales Team, and National Accounts team to support issue resolution, training, and achievement of key team objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate key projects as assigned by leadership.
  • Exercise appropriate financial controls to accurately project admin fee/rebate accruals with the businesses to minimize financial exposure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field is required. Master's degree is preferred.
  • 4+ years experience in sales operations, finance, or contracts administration is required.
  • Experience from a medical device company is preferred.
  • 3+ years Supervisory experience is required.
  • Must be an expert in the use of Microsoft Excel. Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint capabilities.
  • Experience with Oracle, CRM, and Power BI is strongly preferred.
