Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at Generis Tek Inc. as a HVAC Maintenance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in both preventative and corrective maintenance as needed on the hospital HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of HVAC maintenance, including work requests and ordering parts.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of hospital equipment to ensure completeness of work performed.
  • Repair heating, air conditioning, controls, and circuits.
  • Perform filter operation checks and replacements.
  • Perform PMs on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • HVAC certification and training.
  • Three years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
  • Master HVAC systems and Certified CFC requirements preferred.
  • Experience with large hospital HVAC systems required.
