HVAC Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead our project crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, train, and mentor project crews to ensure successful project outcomes
- Prioritize and delegate responsibilities to ensure projects are completed on time
- Communicate effectively with tradespeople, customers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Track project schedules and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Direct and oversee the work of apprentices and journeymen assigned to specific projects
- High school diploma, GED, or completion of trade program or technical school
- 5+ years of experience in commercial building construction or related industry/trade
- Commercial HVAC Foreman experience required
- Ability to travel and work nights
- Ability to maintain project labor hours within acceptable limits and request change orders as needed
- Ability to ensure safe work practices and compliance with safety policies
- Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures and applicable laws
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
- Ability to use computer tools, including email, word processing, and project planning software
