CCG Business Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to support a large-diameter water pipeline project in the Portland, OR area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of delivery for pipeline work, including shop drawing and RFI management, As Built maintenance, contract management, change management, quality management, and issues management.
  • Review and analyze subcontractor and manufacturer's submittals against contract documents, exercising discretion to determine if a proffered substitution is sufficiently comparable to recommend for approval.
  • Conduct thorough technical reviews of submittals, identifying deviations from project requirements and coordinating with relevant parties to address and resolve issues.
  • Provide support to Trade Package Project Managers and Site Superintendents, including shop drawing management, change management, scheduling, issues management, quality, and safety.
Requirements
  • BS degree in engineering required.
  • 2+ years of experience in project engineering or field engineering.
  • Prior pipeline project experience.
  • Familiarity with reading contract drawings and specifications, and basic construction principles and practices.
