Tax Strategy and Planning: Our Tax Specialists are committed to developing strategies that help clients minimize their tax liabilities. At Hantz Group, we believe that effective Tax Planning is a proactive endeavor, requiring ongoing assessment of our clients' tax situations throughout the year to provide timely projections ahead of their final tax return preparation.

The Tax Associate role serves as an excellent entry point for those beginning their careers in taxation. You will become an integral part of the Family Office, collaborating closely with CPAs, Accountants, and Financial Advisors to enhance your understanding of tax accounting and its vital connection to financial services. In this position, you will conduct tax analyses, prepare projections and returns, and work alongside other specialists to identify opportunities for our clients.

  • Collaborate with the Tax Team to support client services

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong work ethic and motivation
  • Self-starter with leadership potential
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to obtain Enrolled Agent designation
  • Ability to secure an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
