Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CVS Health. As a key member of our MinuteClinic team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our communities.
Responsibilities- Provide primary and family evidence-based care, inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
- Perform administrative duties, including opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, and collecting payment.
- Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
- Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness, chronic condition management.
- Experience in Family medicine or primary care practice preferred.
- Ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages, including Spanish.
- Must be willing to travel within a 50-mile radius from home residence and work every other weekend.
