Nurse Practitioner

CVS Health Careers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide primary and family evidence-based care, inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients.
- Perform administrative duties, including opening and closing the clinic, inventory management, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, and collecting payment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care and ensure positive patient health outcomes.
- Experience in family medicine or primary care practice preferred.
- Ability to provide holistic, evidence-based care, including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in additional languages, including Spanish, depending on the market.
- Less than 1 year of work experience as a licensed provider, prior student precepting rotation with MinuteClinic is preferred but not required.
- Autonomy to run your own practice with refreshing collaborator and organizational support.
