Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director - Pediatric Behavioral Therapy to lead our team of professionals in providing exceptional care to children with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients, ensuring alignment with best practices and ethical guidelines.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs, strengths, and areas requiring intervention.
  • Provide direct clinical supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants, fostering their professional growth and adherence to state licensure requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other specialists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, documenting patient progress, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of current research and advancements in pediatric behavioral therapy, incorporating evidence-based practices into treatment plans.
  • Promote a positive and supportive work environment that values teamwork, communication, and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Required).
  • Texas Physical Therapy License (Required).
  • Extensive experience in pediatric behavioral therapy, with a demonstrated understanding of developmental processes and learning theories.
  • Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills, coupled with the ability to tailor treatment plans to individual patient needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional standards.
