Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and effectively engage with clients to build rapport and understand their requirements.
  • Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere to attract and retain both new and existing customers.
  • Provide detailed and accurate product information, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns to foster trust and confidence in our offerings.
  • Process transactions accurately and manage cash or card payments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized sales area.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay informed about product details and promotions.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Collect and report customer feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary as this role is on-site.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong communication skills in English are essential.
  • Good time management and organizational abilities are important.
  • A passion for customer service and retail is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
