We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Device Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Mobile Device Services Engineering team, you will play a critical role in driving our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Airwatch Mobile Device Management System, Mobile reCell, Calero, and SentinelOne device protection systems, ensuring the security and integrity of our mobile devices.
  • Manage relationships with US Carriers, Mobile reCell, and Calero, fostering strong partnerships to enhance our mobile ecosystem.
  • Oversee the global mobile refresh project, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Onboard new apps into the Omnissa application, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with service owners and vendors to introduce new services to Mastercard employees, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Implement automation and monitoring solutions for the entire mobile ecosystem, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Develop training documentation, end-user communications, and Intranet articles to effectively communicate with our end-users.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with AirWatch, Workspace UEM, and Omnissa Mobile Device Management systems.
  • Strong relationships with Carriers and experience working with complementary products or services that enhance end-user experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
  • A strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, always seeking potential solutions to drive innovation and efficiency.
