We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design Consultant to join our team at Cystems Logic. As an Instructional Design Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Plan, develop, conduct, and evaluate complex and difficult management and employee training and development programs or courses.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct employee, management, and other organizational needs assessments and task analyses.
  • Technology Training: Develop technology training programs for non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration: Establish collaborative working relationships with a diverse audience, including stakeholders and trainees.
  • Objective Setting: Formulate specific objectives against which to compare and evaluate training results.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training and development sessions, perform the role of facilitator, and effectively utilize group dynamic skills and techniques.
  • Analysis and Evaluation: Collect, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Communication: Demonstrate active listening skills, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and speak effectively before large and small groups.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in E-Learning: Experience in creating online multimedia training using applications such as Articulate 360.
  • Training Development: Two (2) years of recent experience designing, developing, and delivering training curriculum and materials.
