- Maintain inventory of stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the company vehicle.
- Engage in ongoing training provided by the company to enhance skills.
- Universal EPA certification is required.
- A valid driver's license is necessary.
- Strong understanding of advanced air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC systems is preferred.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
