  • Prepare the banquet area as directed by the Banquet Captain, including arranging linens, tableware, and glassware.
  • Participate in pre-event meetings to understand the specifics of each function, including guest expectations.
  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and address their needs promptly.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with the Banquet Captain's guidelines to maintain consistency throughout the event.
  • Efficiently clear dishes as guests finish each course and at the conclusion of the meal.
  • Refill beverages as needed and check in with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Embrace teamwork and maintain cleanliness throughout the service.
  • After the event, reset the banquet area according to the Captain's instructions, ensuring readiness for future functions and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and maneuvering trays of food and beverages weighing up to 20-25 lbs.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude during busy service periods.
