- Reporting and Documentation: Track and document student assessment data, attendance, and academic concerns, and report to parents and school administrators.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Social Work, Sociology, or Education.
- Experience: Two years of experience in a related field, such as Head Start, social services, or education.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse populations, and experience with case management and program development.
