Sales and Service Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Cashier/Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions and processing returns and exchanges.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, sweeping floors, and taking out the trash.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and development programs to help you advance in your career and achieve your goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash accurately.

Additionally, you will need to pass a background check and provide documentation of your identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
