Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
