Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DAVITA. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis center.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, building meaningful relationships with patients and families, and working collaboratively with a supportive team environment.

Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • No prior dialysis experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure quality care delivery
