Join Our Team as a Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate

At Tommy John, we're passionate about providing the best shopping experience for our customers. As a Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the perfect products.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to our customers, consistently demonstrating our customer-centric selling standards.
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns in a professional manner, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Outfit customers by suggesting key looks and products, incorporating their individual style with popular bundles.
  • Promote awareness and growth of Tommy John by introducing customers to our brand social media channels and hashtags.
  • Perform register sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established cash control procedures and customer service guidelines.
  • Collaborate with fellow associates, providing ad hoc support with tasks and customer interactions.
  • Restock return merchandise to the correct product location on the sales floor, properly labeling and placing damaged and defective merchandise in the designated area.
  • Ensure the store is neat and well-presented at all times, including fitting rooms and stockrooms.
Requirements:
  • A customer-focused mindset with a desire to please and provide exceptional service to our customers.
  • Relevant years of experience in a similar role within a fashion/retail environment.
  • Experience and ability to process information and merchandise through our computer and POS register system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically with customers and retail team.
  • Strong organizational and merchandising skills, with the ability to drive business through creativity and extensive fashion knowledge.
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk around for extended periods, with short breaks.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds.
