Position: Production Operator (3rd Shift) | Compensation: $18.00+ per hour | Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Key Responsibilities- Work during the 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Potential training on 1st or 2nd shift prior to moving to a permanent 3rd shift schedule.
- Compensation starts at $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience.
- Engage in the fabrication of crystal rods according to specified guidelines, which includes tasks such as grinding, lapping, polishing, cleaning, and inspecting products.
- Adhere to technical work instructions and understand engineering blueprints.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience in a similar role and mechanical aptitude are advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word, is necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to operate specialized equipment, interpret detailed instructions and blueprints, and maintain organized records using 5S principles is required.
- Consistent attendance and good communication skills are mandatory.
