Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Manufacturing Manager to lead our CNC Plastics Production and Programming team in our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience as an application engineer, CNC machine operator, or CNC programmer, as well as experience managing a team of up to 15 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 14 employees
  • Build and improve processes while providing CNC technical support and scheduling
  • Build and nurture relationships
  • Collaborate with QA

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of CNC manufacturing or programming experience
  • Experience managing a team of 10 or more employees
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and ERP systems (Preferably Syteline)
  • Familiarity with ISO/Lean Manufacturing Implementation
  • Plastics experience a plus
