About the Role

We are seeking a positive and energetic individual to join our team as a Crew Member at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our fans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and present treat products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide a pleasant and alert service to customers.
  • Operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistent quality, service, cleanliness, and value.
  • Clean and maintain the work area, including organizing and stocking necessary items.
  • Stock and execute proper rotation of products.
  • Complete assigned prep work for stocking and set up of the chill area.
  • Control the food production process.
  • Break down and clean the chill area thoroughly at the end of each day.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management staff or shift leaders.
Requirements
  • Able to lift and move cases of food/paper products, buckets of sanitizing liquid, and containers up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Ability to work in and out of different temperature ranges and handle food/drinks/treats constantly.
  • Capability to stand for long periods of time and interact with the public and co-workers constantly.
  • Ability to read order monitors and recall and communicate product information.
  • Practice established food handling procedures and meet local health regulations.
  • Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, a positive attitude, and promptness.
