Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently communicate with team members to guarantee accurate order fulfillment for customers.
  • Prepare and serve treat products in accordance with restaurant, health, and safety standards.
  • Maintain a friendly and attentive demeanor towards customer needs.
  • Safely operate and care for restaurant equipment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate as a team member to ensure consistent quality, service, cleanliness, and value for every customer.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, restocking supplies as necessary.
  • Manage product rotation effectively.
  • Assist in the preparation and setup of the chill area.
  • Oversee the food production process.
  • Thoroughly clean the chill area at the end of each shift as directed by management.
  • Perform various cleaning tasks including washing surfaces, managing waste, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
  • Occasionally assist outside the building for maintenance and cleaning duties.
  • Promptly report any issues or significant matters to the immediate supervisor.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management or shift leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds multiple times during a shift.
  • Capable of working efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment.
  • Must be able to navigate quickly within the customer service area, serving numerous customers in a timely manner.
  • Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and engage with customers and coworkers consistently.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Proficient in reading order monitors and recalling product details.
  • Familiarity with established food handling procedures and local health regulations.
  • Exhibit professionalism, good manners, and a positive attitude.
