Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently communicate with team members to guarantee accurate order fulfillment for customers.
  • Prepare treat offerings in accordance with health and safety regulations, ensuring speed and precision.
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor and be attentive to customer needs.
  • Safely operate and care for restaurant equipment, including chill apparatus, while adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate as a team member to uphold consistent quality, service, cleanliness, and value for every customer.
  • Keep workspaces tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Transport various items as needed.
  • Manage product rotation and ensure freshness.
  • Complete designated preparation tasks for the chill area setup.
  • Oversee the food production process to maintain quality standards.
  • Thoroughly clean the chill area at the end of each shift as directed by management.
  • Perform cleaning duties, including washing surfaces, managing waste, and maintaining cleanliness in dining and service areas.
  • Occasionally assist outside the building for maintenance and cleaning tasks.
  • Promptly report any issues or significant concerns to the immediate supervisor.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by management or shift leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds multiple times during a shift.
  • Capability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment, responding quickly to demands.
  • Willingness to navigate various temperature zones while handling food and beverages.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods and interact with customers and colleagues consistently.
  • Experience in managing cleanup after various situations.
  • Proficiency in reading order monitors and recalling product details.
  • Adherence to established food handling procedures and local health regulations.
  • Exhibit good manners, maintain personal hygiene, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
