Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at EmblemHealth. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Manager, Nursing in the management and education of care team members, providing professional nursing care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the medical office care teams, ensuring that standards for quality of care, patient satisfaction, and patient safety are maintained.
  • Provide educational support for all care team activities, including training and development programs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to formulate and implement comprehensive patient-centered plans of care.
  • Interface with physicians and all staff members as it relates to care team processes.
  • Act as the Manager, Nursing in their absence and cover other medical offices in the absence of the clinical lead.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience practicing as a Registered Nurse.
  • Previous supervisory or teaching experience.
  • Outpatient ambulatory care experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
