Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Supervisor to join our team. This role will support the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production). As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production)
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
