Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, and teardown of the store.
  • Develop and implement strategies to control expenses and shrinkage.
  • Ensure effective merchandising and inventory control.
  • Support the Store Manager in developing staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement is 18.
  • Flexible schedule required.
  • Prior retail management experience is required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
