We will equip you with the essential tools, training, and support necessary to master the trade and unlock significant growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a vital role in the team by loading and unloading materials and equipment from vehicles at construction sites.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities by supporting the Foreman, leading by example, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and guiding others on the job site.

  • Identify potential hazards proactively through the pre-task process, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Be prepared to assist with other duties as needed, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to the team's success.

In addition to these exciting responsibilities, we provide a supportive and inclusive work environment where your professional growth is a priority. You will have opportunities to travel nationwide, enhancing your skills and expanding your professional network. We firmly uphold the ZERO mindset, where safety is expected 100% of the time.

Your work environment may require physical flexibility, including sitting, squatting, standing, walking, and climbing. You may encounter various noise levels and weather conditions, from hot and humid to cold and snowy.
