Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Tremco Construction Products Group, Inc. This is a critical role that will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and communicate compliance obligations, monitor regulatory developments, and advise leadership on potential risks and liabilities.
- Leadership and Training: Provide direction, review, and oversee all safety systems, identify and communicate best practices for injury prevention, and ensure reporting and record-keeping is complete and accurate.
- Process Safety Management: Lead efforts in Process Safety Management (PSM), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and Risk Management Plan (RMP) compliance and addressing shortfalls.
- Incident Analysis and Reporting: Conduct and manage incident analysis program, lead, assist, and maintain incident reporting procedures, and evaluate trends in incidents.
- Environmental Reporting: Maintain accurate records on plant emission calculations, ensure compliance with required external and internal reporting requirements, and work knowledge of TRI, Tier II, SPCC, and SWPPP.
- EHS degree preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety or similar field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Computer software familiarity.
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations.
- Experience in research skills.
- Certified Safety Professional preferred.
