Job Summary

Crenlo is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our Manufacturing Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving improvements and supporting an environment of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Compliance: Cultivate and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all safety policies, procedures, and regulations are followed. Identify and communicate workplace hazards, and take corrective action to prevent accidents.
  • Operations Management: Interpret schedules, coordinate manpower, and ensure uninterrupted production flow. Provide leadership and clear direction to production staff to meet quality, efficiency, and productivity goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead and drive continuous improvement activities, developing correction action plans as needed. Promote and facilitate lean manufacturing programs and techniques.
  • Employee Development: Facilitate training, coaching, and employee performance reviews. Cross-train employees within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Communication and Relations: Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain effective employee relations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED completion.
  • Experience: Three years of supervision experience.
  • Skills: Proven ability to multi-task, excellent time management, problem prevention, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
