Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Brand Manager / Brand Specialist to join our Brand Strategy team. This role will be instrumental in defining and crafting brand messaging aimed at enhancing awareness, familiarity, and loyalty towards Circle's brands and sub-brands, particularly in emerging markets. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing brand strategies, messaging frameworks, and insights, alongside a keen interest in emerging technologies and the financial technology/Web3 landscape. A strong commitment to building brands that challenge conventional norms is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate brand messaging frameworks for Circle's brands and sub-brands, with an emphasis on international markets.
  • Incorporate regional insights and business objectives to shape narratives and positioning, creating innovative messaging strategies that resonate with audience needs.
  • Evaluate brands within the ecosystem and adjacent technology sectors to inform positioning strategies.
  • Oversee the execution of messaging, collaborating with Marketing, Communications, Business, and Product teams to direct activations across various channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead and contribute to the creation of marketing content across web, events, organic and paid social media, and print/digital campaigns.
  • Partner with Partner Marketing to guide brand activations with key strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Campaigns to ensure brand representation in all campaign initiatives across the marketing funnel.
  • Work alongside Influencer Marketing to boost brand visibility and engage target audiences globally.
  • Utilize insights from partners, campaign audiences, and content creators to refine future brand strategies.
  • Engage with the Creative Lab to steer brand expression, ensuring clarity and consistency while enhancing purpose and forging meaningful connections with audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional writing skills, capable of adapting message and tone for diverse audiences, with experience in both B2B and B2C contexts.
  • Proficiency in utilizing insights and data to build strategies, measure brand growth, and create internal reports.
  • Strong collaborative skills with Creative teams, producing impactful and resonant work.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with or interest in the Web3/digital currency sector is preferred.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for learning about new technologies.
  • Agency experience is a plus.

Additional Information:

This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates. Circle is dedicated to fostering an inclusive financial future, with transparency at the core of our mission. We consider various factors when determining compensation ranges and total compensation packages, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may vary for candidates in different locations.

Base Pay Range: $130,000 - $170,000

Annual Bonus Target: 15%

Included Benefits: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)). Circle offers a discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays annually.
