Overview

Join JBS USA as a Merchandising and Campaign Strategy Manager. This role is pivotal in overseeing commercial planning, planogram management, and analytical functions for the Product Development Team. Collaborating closely with both Product Development and Marketing teams, you will gather essential insights to formulate effective campaign strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Non-Core Product Development, you will be a key contributor to the Product team, driving continuous enhancements in production and innovation. The scope of this position encompasses the JBS USA business across the US and Canadian markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly assessments and reporting on merchandising KPIs
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness through detailed analysis
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting for merchandising initiatives
  • Perform data analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Oversee the planogramming process to ensure precise in-store product positioning
  • Lead the Campaign Planning process and communicate updates to the business
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions with Product Development and Marketing teams
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to inform strategy
  • Enhance merchandising campaigns to improve planning efficiency and financial outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail merchandising
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities
  • Experience with syndicated and competitive market data
  • Strong understanding of business operations
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and expertise
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
