Position Summary:
As a key member of our Device Engineering team, you will be instrumental in the development of cutting-edge memory products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives to optimize memory cell performance, ensuring product specifications are met while maintaining high yield and reliability.
  • Create device and reliability models to evaluate technological trade-offs, simulating memory device performance to guide design choices.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of electrical device and array data, employing statistical techniques to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with design and process teams to develop strategies for yield improvement and process optimization.
  • Work alongside the characterization team to refine testing protocols, contributing insights on methodologies and performance metrics.
  • Encourage innovation by staying updated on emerging memory technologies and industry trends, influencing decisions on next-generation memory products.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Physics or Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in memory technology development within a production or development setting.

Preferred:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of emerging memory device physics and reliability (e.g., MRAM, FeRAM, OTS, PCRAM, or ReRAM).
  • Proficient coding skills for data processing and automation, preferably in Python.
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience utilizing ML/AI for data analysis and modeling is advantageous.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
