Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Business Leader to join our team as the Managing Director of the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement resort-wide strategies to drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of professionals, providing coaching, development opportunities, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the resort's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, to ensure profitability and return on investment.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience, from check-in to check-out, by implementing effective service standards and monitoring guest feedback.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives, to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize exposure and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Foster open and transparent communication throughout the resort, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with the resort's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in a four-diamond resort or similar environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency, and experience with financial management and risk management.
