Job Description

As a Licensed Clinical Therapist/Independent Licensed Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions, providing patients with behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers
  • Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
  • Participate in enriching the training experience of our graduate students
  • Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
  • Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using evidence-based methods
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with:

  • A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • A clear, active, and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in Rhode Island
