Behavioral Therapist for Student Success

ProCare Therapy seeks a dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year. This full-time position offers a chance to work directly with students, teachers, and families to support positive behavioral changes and help students succeed.
Job OverviewWe are looking for a certified BCBA who is eager to make a difference in students' lives. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing students' needs and creating behavior intervention plans to help them thrive.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement behavior plans tailored to individual students' needs
- Work closely with students, providing direct interventions to address behavioral challenges
- Train staff on how to effectively manage and support student behavior
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
- Certification: Must hold a valid BCBA certification
- Experience: Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
- Skills: Ability to create and adjust behavior plans, communicate clearly, and work well with others
- Passion: A strong desire to help children succeed
- Salary: $45-$55 per hour, depending on experience
