Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with compassion and empathy.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.
- Plan and facilitate engaging activities to promote socialization and personal growth.
- Support clients in developing and maintaining life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being of the clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or HiSet.
- Previous experience in a direct care role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to transport clients.
