Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled CNA to join our team, providing patient care and support in our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physical support for patients or residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, using the toilet, walking, standing, or exercising.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient-centered care and attention to their needs
• Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate
• Document patient information, including medication administration and treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure patients receive appropriate diet and nutrition
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of patient care and support principles

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is approximately $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
