As a Registered Nurse, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional, patient-focused care in accordance with departmental requirements and state practice standards.
In collaboration with medical professionals and the care team, you will provide tailored, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing protocols such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Assess the patient's condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Execute procedures, monitoring, or other functions as directed by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care in the patient's medical record.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor patients for therapeutic responses, and take appropriate actions in case of adverse reactions.
- Deliver outstanding care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating needs, and addressing them effectively.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by simplifying complex medical terminology.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing diploma.
