Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to residents in post-acute settings
- Adhere to and follow resident care plans
- Monitor vital signs and report findings to supervisors
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
- Assist with meal service and personal care needs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in residents' living spaces
- Facilitate communication between residents and medical staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Pennsylvania
- Familiarity with medical terminology and nursing care procedures
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
- Physical capability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
