Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement email campaigns, web site promotions, and social media initiatives to engage our members and promote our programming.
- Collaborate with Internal Partners: Work closely with our membership, creative, and technology teams to ensure effective communication and execution of digital marketing strategies.
- Manage Large Data Sets: Utilize query tools to develop campaign audiences and segments, ensuring accurate and timely execution within organizational standards.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track web and social media activity, form usage, and trends to inform future digital marketing strategies.
- Ensure Timely Content Updates: Collaborate with internal web partners to ensure timely content updates for our websites and social media channels.
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 Years of Experience: A bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and fundraising.
- Strong Analytical and Technical Skills: Ability to analyze data and develop effective digital marketing strategies, as well as proficiency in using automated marketing tools.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal partners and vendors.
