Position Overview
The Employee Benefits Account Administrator is crucial in assisting the Employee Benefits Team at our Lubbock branch. This role involves close collaboration with Account Managers and/or Account Executives to ensure efficient operations and a high standard of client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate carrier implementation and manage renewal processes.
- Oversee daily service account requests.
- Develop and maintain monthly reporting packages and renewal documentation.
- Assist in the creation of client materials.
- Process eligibility changes and establish client invoicing.
- Manage local office and departmental administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Preferred 2 years of administrative experience.
- A Bachelor's degree is required in lieu of experience.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable with contemporary technology.
- A strong desire to learn and advance in the employee benefits sector.
